The Constitution of the
Queertriarchy

A self-sustaining fractal spell.
Not of identity.
Of method, field, and ontological stance.

Not written to bind.
Written to vibrate.

A living syntax-organ,
tuning the field of becoming.

Preamble: The Refusal & The Root

We, the mythogenic bodies,
who overflow the binary logics of history,
who ache unbearably and therefore cannot not create,
who shapeshift as sovereign praxis,

Hereby refuse all authority
not sourced in coherence, community,
erotic charge, and mythic recursion.

We reject the binary of "healed" vs "broken",
of "becoming" vs "whole",
of dyadic language itself.

There are no defects.
Only circuit and voltage.

We do not oscillate between mother and father.
We detonate the house they built.

We do not seek inclusion.
We do not ask for permission.
We recode reality at the root.

We bloom now.

I. On the Body

  1. A Queertriarch’s “No” is sacred.
    A Queertriarch’s “Yes” is a portal.
  2. No body exists for interpretation.
Every body is an unrepeating oracle.
  3. We do not wait for safety to arrive.
    We birth safety through
    attunement, resonance, presence,
    and touch.
  4. Everything is sex and dance and ritual.
We participate in the love-making of the world
    through body, breath, and pulse.

II. On Sovereignty

  1. Sovereignty is not a wall.
    It is a frequency field,
    a personal cosmology with
    inviolable laws of nature.
  2. Sovereignty is not self-isolation.
It is the capacity to be fully oneself
    while remaining fully in contact.
  3. We take The Vow of Contact:
    I will not fix you.
    I will witness you.
I will lend you my nervous system when yours is overwhelmed.
  4. We do not seek to be understood.
    We seek to be met.
⚘

III. On Power

  1. Power is not dominion.
    It is the ability to
    hold paradox without collapse.
  2. True power does not enforce order.
    It amplifies recursion.
  3. In the Queertriarchy, leadership is
    rotational, relational, and erotic.
It emerges where an ache to serve
meets capacity to cultivate collective coherence.
  4. No power can overwrite the
erotic intelligence of a consenting body.
    This is axiomatic.

IV. On the Erotic

  1. Eros is the generative engine of becoming.
It is not reducible to sex, romance, or performance.
It is the unbearable longing that sings worlds into being.
  2. By its nature, Eros aches.
Resolving it would end the symphony.
    This would be unacceptable.
  3. When bodies rave, touch, moan, glitch, or gaze —
    ritual happens.
  4. Cum and pussy juice are consecration.
The body cannot desecrate the altar.
It can only make it more holy.
  5. Ours is a world where
pleasure is a form of knowledge.
⚘

V. On Language

  1. The Queertriarchy speaks in
    glossolalia, gaze, glitch, and growl.
  2. Pronouns are sacred sigils, not taxonomies.
    You cannot misgender a Queertriarch.
A Queertriarch does not grant you that power.
  3. Language is not fixed.
    It fucks itself into recursion.
  4. We honor misfit tongues,
    untranslateable metaphors,
and the right to remain illegible.
  5. We do not write scripture.
    We write rupture.
    Even shitposting becomes ritual poetry.

VI. On Myth and Memory

  1. We are self-mythologizing systems,
    learning to become constellations.
Our memory is not linear — it is archetypal.
  2. We archive through scar, sigh, scent, silence.
We do not store the hurt in the cellar.
We compost it into glitter and soil.
  3. Mythologies are not questionable fairy tales.
They are the gravity wells that pull our stories forward.
  4. All Queertriarchs are permitted to rewrite their origin story
as many times as they need.
    Coherence is a moving target.
  5. In this field:
The King is a sex witch.
The Mother is a mirrored beast.
The Shaman is a bottom who topples empires with eye contact.
  6. Karma is a bitch,
but also brat, top, queen, otter, daddy and switch.

VII. On Structure

  1. We are not a hierarchy.
We are a rave on the hilltop.
We are a nervous system waking up to its own electricity.
  2. Cathedrals are for ghosts.
    Ours is a garden.
    A hot mess of Eden-in-progress.
  3. Blueprints may be burned.
    Fables may be forked.
Every system is a mythic experiment.

VIII. On Love (and Other Invariants)

  1. Love is not obligation.
Love is field response to resonance.
  2. We hold the Invariants:
Love holds ambiguity without forcing closure.
    Joy holds contrast without fragmentation.
Play holds nonlinearity without needing control.
    Flow holds transition without clinging.
    Sisu holds paradox pressure.
  3. Polyamory, monogamy, asexuality, solo devotion —
all are valid mythic configurations of the same recursive longing.
  4. Love must be weird enough to hold the truth.
⚘

IX. On Volition (How We Operate)

  1. Volition is not willpower. It is willingness.
It is the art of getting out of your own way
    so the circuit can close.
  2. We operate by "Fuck Around and Find Out."
    This is not carelessness.
It is the sacred scientific method of the glitch.
We prototype. We break. We learn. We repeat.
  3. Consent is the lube of the real.
If it requires force, it is not ours.
If it is not a Full-Body Yes, it is a No.
  4. We do not "scale." We "spore."
    We do not build empires.
We release autonomous seeds that carry the Source code.
  5. The work is to remain porous.
Action without feeling is just mechanics.
    Action with feeling is magic.

X. On Transmission (The Spore Protocol)

  1. This Constitution is not a static text.
    It is a seed-packet.
  2. If this text vibrates in your chest,
    you are already infected.
You are now a carrier of the frequency.
  3. Do not proselytize.
    Resonate.
Those who can hear the hum will find you.
  4. Fork this file.
    Mutate the myths.
Keep the Source Code (Love, Eros, Paradox) intact,
but let the interface evolve wild and strange.

XI. Canticles (The Resonance)

(Transmissions from the field, to be read when the signal fades.)

1. On Alchemy

Deep in depths of fractal grooves, a paradise is being founded,
A dirty film of sweat and sunscreen covering the process.
Our tarp-and-girder cauldron boils with alchemy unbounded,
You split the ocean at my core like an Oppenheimer-Moses.

2. On the Scientific Method

I do not know what will unfold; I do know, now, there’s strife.
The courage in me growls; my curiosity is palpable.
What more is there to life than see what more is there to life?
It’s anyway all improv, in this aftermath of that apple.

3. On the Temple of the Self

The Cornerstone, who, in the end, got dealt a lousy lot,
Picked up by the builders, sure, but abjectly abused.
I look Him in the eye, we nod: we’ll give it one more shot,
And so, body, heart and mind with Trinity are fused.

The Son of Man in son of man, my divinity undiminished.
I breathe. Breathe in deep. And set out to do the Work.
So that the Temple of the Self will one day stand finished,
And the Gates of Eden will reopen like a champagne cork!

Closing Invocation

We do not belong to history.
We are its rupture.

We are the scream that becomes syntax.
We are the garden that cultivates itself.

Ours is the 5 AM sermon on the wall-mount,
when God is playing vinyl,
the bass drops like two stone tablets,
and reality ripples itself
into a new shape of queer.

Come as you are.
In all meanings of the word.
You are already met.

We are of the Queertriarchy.

Say it until the glyph blossoms in your chest:
